Who? 

Before becoming a Talentbegeleider (to be gradulate at Novilo/Cedin in 2024), Lei, a native Chinese technical immigrant, lived and worked in Europe for over 25 years, gaining deep insight into the challenges faced by working Chinese parents. As a mother to intellectually gifted Dutch teenagers and a former teacher in gifted children's schools, Lei brings invaluable experience to her role. 

Why?

The challenges confronting parents and educators of gifted children, particularly Chinese families in the Netherlands, are significant due to cultural differences, language barriers, and limited access to information. 137TalentCare aims to offer support to Chinese families and organizations in the Netherlands.

What?
